Parshah Chukas-Bolok

Death and misfortune pervade the first of this week's double Torah Parshah. The reading begins with the laws concerning how to deal with "t'mei'im," those who are considered ritually defiled or impure. We are then told that one becomes defiled through contact with the dead.
