Summer cool meals

Ahh! The sultry hot summer sun has arrived full force this year. For those of you who hate the heat, I am terribly sorry for the seasonal change, but for those of you who, like me, wait for that telltale scent of suntan lotion, that blazing sun that lingers through the evening, and the mad dash for the perfect beach chair, celebrate and smile; it is a gorgeous summer for us.
