Yom Kippur fast presents a before-and-after challenge

Yom Kippur is often called “The Sabbath of Sabbaths” as a reminder to us that we do nothing but pray and reflect on our lives and relationship to G-d. And this year that identity is even more pronounced as the holiday falls on Shabbat.
