Israeli scholar/officer to give talks at shuls

NEWTON - Asaf Romirowsky, a renowned Mideast scholar and Israel Defense Forces reserve liaison officer to the Kingdom of Jordan, will appear at two area synagogues next week. Romirowsky will discuss “Israel, the Arab World and Iran: The Arab Spring and Beyond” on May 15 at 8 p.m.
