He was the loving father of Michael Chefitz and Robyn Frost of Salem; Debra Hornung and Scott Hornung of Andover; and Richard Chefitz of Charlotte, N.C. He was the adored grandfather of Kimberly Hornung, Adam Hornung, Jonathan Chefitz and Mikaila Chefitz; and the dear brother of Melvin L. Chefitz of New Jersey.
