Getting through Bar/Bat Mitzvah practice
Bar Mitzvah preparation is typically the first time a Jewish child is held to an adult standard of excellence. The experience can become an opportunity to learn how to do this in an efficient way, instead of going through the motions of learning and just “punching the clock”.
